Senior Thesis: Amity at the Park

Amity at the Park is a new construction, mixed-use building, occupying a formerly abandoned and overgrown lot in Milwaukee’s historic Walker’s Point neighborhood. The area, known for its diverse culture and historic charm, lacks in public recreational space. By creating a lush public park, and a building inspired by the area’s rich architectural heritage, this project transforms a once overlooked space into a thriving center of community and culture.
